A Diabetic Story and/or a Low Experience: |
|
Sorry, not sure what "low" means in this context. I've never had a hypoglycemic experience.
I told my doctor that I was falling asleep during the day; he whipped out his glucometer, it read something like 14 mmol/L, and he sent me to a local diabetes clinic. (Later, I've found that sleep apnea was also a contribution to my daytime sleepiness, and I now sleep with a CPAP machine.)
I have just been put on Liraglutide (Victoza)--I couldn't figure out how to change my insulin brand to "None" |
