We look for staff & volunteers who are dedicated to working with children,
teens and families affected by diabetes; who work well as part of a team; who
are professional; and have skills and enthusiasm to bring to our camp. Our camp
has approximately 50-70 staff and volunteers at any given time. You need no
special medical knowledge to work at camp, however knowledge of diabetes is
always a plus. About 60% of our staff have diabetes, while the other 30-40% are
always eager to learn. All staff and volunteers must be over 18 years of age.
Camp is a smoke, alcohol and drug-free environment. A pre-camp week of training
provides information on our medical routines, programs, and offers important
information on general camp life. We are looking for all positions including
counselors, management team, health professionals, office manager, program
specialists, kitchen staff/camp cook and maintenance/drivers.
We are looking for staff to fill all
positions. Life guarding, Wilderness First Aid, Archery Certifications and
cooking credentials are always a plus!

variety shows, many late night campfires, team building activities, camp wide
